Trust notes for clinics and patients

This page explains how YK Dynamics presents ClinicOps publicly: a clinic operations platform for appointment, record, document, and communication workflows.

Last reviewed: April 27, 2026

The clinic controls the record

The clinic owns the patient relationship and decides what clinical, administrative, document, and payment-record information staff enter or share.

YK Dynamics operates the platform

YK Dynamics is the Sweden-based operator behind ClinicOps and provides the software used to store and display information for the clinic.

Patients see clinic-shared information

Patients can use ClinicOps to view appointments, updates, documents, records, balances, and privacy actions that the clinic makes available.

Information ClinicOps may handle

The exact data depends on how a clinic configures and uses the platform. Product copy should stay practical and avoid implying automated medical decision-making.

Appointments, reminders, arrivals, and visit status
Patient profile and contact information
Treatment notes and clinic-entered record history
Dental chart and odontogram information
Clinic-shared documents, images, and files
Staff-recorded balance and payment history

Website privacy

The public website is intentionally simple while launch pricing and clinic onboarding are being finalized.

No advertising cookies by default

The site does not load advertising trackers or analytics by default. If privacy-friendly analytics are added later, this page and the security policy should be updated.

Contact form details

When you contact us, we use the details you provide only to reply to the request and understand the clinic context.

Important product boundaries

ClinicOps is presented as operations and record-coordination software. It should not be marketed as a medical device, diagnosis engine, treatment recommendation system, or patient checkout product.

No diagnosis

ClinicOps displays information entered by authorized clinic staff. It does not diagnose conditions.

No treatment recommendations

Treatment decisions remain with licensed professionals and the clinic's own policies.

No patient payment checkout

The app may show a balance recorded by staff, but patients do not pay through ClinicOps.

Reviewer-visible notices

The app includes privacy, authorized-use, medical-disclaimer, and data-rights entry points.

Data rights and privacy requests

Patients should normally contact their clinic first because the clinic controls the clinical record. YK Dynamics can help with platform privacy and technical questions.

  • Request a copy or export of data
  • Ask for correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion or account closure where applicable
  • Ask to restrict or object to processing
  • Contact the clinic privacy contact for clinical-record questions

Platform privacy contact

For YK Dynamics platform privacy questions, email us and include the clinic name when relevant.
