These terms describe the public website and the main boundaries for ClinicOps use.

By using the YK Dynamics website or accessing ClinicOps, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for lawful clinic, patient, or business purposes. Clinic customers may have a separate written or online agreement with YK Dynamics. If that agreement conflicts with these public terms, the customer agreement should control for that clinic relationship.
ClinicOps is clinic operations and record-coordination software. It supports appointment scheduling, staff workflows, patient records, documents, reminders, patient app access, satisfaction flows, and related clinic administration.
Clinic staff must use their own account and keep credentials secure. Clinics are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and removing access when staff no longer need it. Patients may access information shared by their clinic. A patient account does not create a direct clinical relationship with YK Dynamics.
The clinic is responsible for the patient relationship, clinical record, staff conduct, record accuracy, legal retention decisions, and how clinic staff use ClinicOps. YK Dynamics provides the platform but does not verify every clinical note, document, balance, or instruction entered by clinic staff.
ClinicOps is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, emergency service, or treatment recommendation engine. It does not replace professional medical judgment. Patients should contact their clinic or local emergency services for urgent health concerns.
Public package prices may show placeholders while launch pricing is finalized. Placeholder prices are not a binding offer. ClinicOps may display staff-recorded balances or payment history, but patients do not pay through ClinicOps unless YK Dynamics explicitly launches and discloses a patient checkout feature.
You must not use the website or ClinicOps to access data without authorization, interfere with service security, upload unlawful content, misuse patient information, reverse engineer the platform, or use the service in a way that violates clinic policy or applicable law.
YK Dynamics aims to keep the service reliable, but availability may vary due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, third-party services, or events outside our control. Features, limits, pricing, and public content may change as ClinicOps evolves.
YK Dynamics owns the website, product design, software, brand, and related materials except for content owned by clinics, patients, or third parties. Clinics and users should only upload or share content they are allowed to use in ClinicOps.
To the extent allowed by law, YK Dynamics is not responsible for clinical decisions, clinic-entered records, patient outcomes, clinic payment disputes, or unauthorized use caused by a clinic's own access practices. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
We may update these terms as the product, launch model, or legal requirements evolve. The review date on this page shows when the public wording was last updated.
