Scope
This policy covers the YK Dynamics public website and the ClinicOps platform operated by YK Dynamics.
It does not replace a clinic's own privacy notice. Each clinic using ClinicOps remains responsible for explaining how it manages its patient relationship, clinical records, staff access, and legal retention duties.
Clinic and platform roles
For patient and clinic records, the clinic decides why and how patient data is used in ClinicOps. YK Dynamics provides the platform that stores, displays, and processes that information for the clinic.
YK Dynamics is a Sweden-based platform operator. ClinicOps is being prepared first for Morocco-based clinic use, so clinic-specific handling may also depend on Moroccan privacy and professional-record requirements.
Website data
When you visit ykdynamics.com, we keep the website simple. The site does not load advertising trackers or analytics by default.
If you contact us, we may receive your name, clinic name, email address, phone number, request type, and message. We use that information to reply, understand your clinic context, and manage the sales or support conversation.
ClinicOps data
Depending on how a clinic uses ClinicOps, the platform may handle appointment data, patient profile/contact details, treatment notes, odontogram or dental-chart information, clinic-shared documents and images, staff roles, audit/workflow data, reminders, patient satisfaction responses, and staff-recorded payment or balance history.
Patients do not pay inside ClinicOps. Payment or balance information shown in the app reflects records entered by clinic staff.
Why data is used
ClinicOps data is used to provide clinic operations workflows: appointment scheduling, reminders, patient lookup, record coordination, document sharing, staff collaboration, patient app access, data-rights request handling, security, troubleshooting, and service improvement.
YK Dynamics does not use ClinicOps to diagnose patients or make treatment recommendations.
Sharing and service providers
YK Dynamics may use trusted infrastructure and communication providers to host the platform, deliver email or messaging, store files, monitor reliability, and support the service. These providers should only receive the data needed for their function.
Clinics may share information with their own staff, providers, patients, and professional advisers according to their own duties and policies.
Retention
Website inquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond, follow up, and maintain basic business records.
ClinicOps records are retained according to the clinic's instructions, applicable law, professional obligations, security needs, and backup schedules. Some clinical information may not be immediately deletable if retention duties apply.
Privacy rights
Depending on where you are and which laws apply, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and complaint.
For patient clinical records, contact your clinic first because the clinic controls the record. For YK Dynamics platform privacy questions, contact hello@ykdynamics.com and include the clinic name where relevant.
Security
YK Dynamics uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect the platform, including role-based access, authentication, operational monitoring, and deployment security controls.
No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. Clinics and staff must also protect their accounts, devices, and internal access practices.
